It wasn't exactly Miami weather, but for a winter day in Kansas City, it wasn't too bad at 45 degrees. Looked like it could rain almost any time, so I got up and went out early. I'd run 15.5 miles during the week, so I qualified for between 7.5 and 8 miles. I did 7.8 miles in exactly 1:12:00, for an average pace of 9:14, which is too fast for a long run, but seemed comfortable anyway.
