Speeded up a little more tonight and averaged 13.04 min. per mile. Had no more discomfort than when I have run slower. 50 min. seemed long enough. Assuming I don't have a setback, there are myriad ways to build on my workouts: longer sessions, faster running, adding days, so on. One of these days I'll suddenly realize I have no discomfort at all. Looking forward to it.
