After all the eating and drinking since Thursday, I felt I had to get some real exercise. I felt good, too. I walked 10 min (one half mile), then ran easily for 4.26 miles, so I averaged 14.06 per mile. It was my longest run since last May. Enough discomfort that I know I wouldn't want to really push it yet, but not enough discomfort to be discouraged. Progress.
