Session Notes: I hadn't really planned to run on Saturday, but things just worked out and I was able to get in a short route. It's one of my favorite places to run because of the prairie vistas, and the fact that the weather was absolutely perfect just added to the fun.
Tonight we had our MRC run, and we did it from the City Market, through Berkeley Riverfront Park and all the way into the casino parking lot and then back again. The route is along the Missouri River all the way and borders on spectacular. Again, the weather was perfect. Afterward, we ordered a pizza to go from Minsky's and ate at an outdoor table next door at Winslow's, which was closed.
