Session Notes: Planned to run outside, but it was raining, so I grabbed by Walkman (Team of Rivals) and headed to the treadmill. The story made the run go by quickly, and kept me from getting impatient with the slow pace and speeding it up. When it was all done, I had to rate this effortless 7-mile run a 10.
