Session Notes: I could have run outside, but I didn't feel like dressing for it. How's that for lazy? My long run for the week was pretty short, so I just hopped into the car and did it in the gym. With the mileage I went over my goal for the month, and if I run 3 miles tomorrow, I'll have my 4-miles-a-day average intact for the year.
