Session Notes: I couldn't pass up another perfect day - a day I had off work - so I opted for another run without a day of rest in between. Because of that, I made this, if not an easy run, then a run without any extra effort. I never looked at my watch, and just kind of plodded along. I didn't feel anywhere as leg-ready as I did on Monday, but that was expected. I was happy to have this day, and this run. Tomorrow it turns winter for at least the rest of the week. AND I go back to work.
