Session Notes: I was determined to run smarter today, so I could possibly run farther. Smarter meant slowly, since this was supposed to be a long, slow run anyway. Oddly, my groin was a little sore today, so that helped keep my pace down. I also stopped a couple times to stretch, which helped keep a thigh stiffness problem from flaring up. So, I mananged to do 8, and it was pretty easy overall.
