Session Notes: I wasn't sure what I was going to do for a workout tonight, but I wore my running shoes just in case. At some point I decided I was going to run, since the idea of another session on the eliptical trainer just didn't hold much appeal. I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the pain in my groin and hip hinges was gone. My biggest problem seemed to be the suspected hernia I gave myself lifting boulders a few weeks ago, and that wasn't much of a bother. I decided to push the pace a little and see how my legs responded. Pretty well, all in all. I had the urge to run under 10 min. per mile, but I fought that off. No sense in re-injuring myself now. Eventually I decided to shoot for 4 miles instead of just 3, and it came quite easily. I guess I really am working my way out of this injury mess.
