Session Notes: Another run designed to determine how my recovery is coming. Things are better. Right leg and hip 90 percent normal. Left leg 75 percent normal. Left hip hinge, still sore but better than a week before. I ran 2.5 miles without a lot of pain. After that, things started to get pretty sore. Still, I felt that everything was improved, and I'm expecting an even better result when I run again either Wednesday or Saturday. Meanwhile, I'm burning calories and getting my cardio workout on the eliptical trainer. I"m not a huge fan of the machine, but it definitely gets your heart-rate up.
