Session comments: The only real purpose of this run was to get the remaining few miles on my schedule for the week done. I took it easy because the upcoming week is my last high mileage week and I didn't need to go into it fatigued. I'll probably start the week's runs on Sunday, too, because it's easier to get 10 miles in when you've got a lot of daylight.
After the run, I performed my civic duty walking the interstate ditch for a half mile picking up trash. Then I drove to the rock yard and loaded the truck with 1,200 pounds of landscape rock. Of course, I had to unload it at home, too. I mowed the lawn after that.
