Session notes - We had a farewell lunch today for one of the guys who found a new job in Boulder. The meal was a huge hamburger with goat cheese and cajun sauce. Only God would know how many calories were in that one. Whatever it was, I probably burned most of them on this run, which would have totaled something in the neighborhood of 900 or 950 calories. Boy, it was a great burger.
