Observations: 1) Rained like the dickens through the middle part of the day, but quit in time for my run. Dew point had to be about the same as the temperature, because it was excessively humid.
Session notes: My legs felt a lot fresher today for 10 miles than they did for 5 miles the day before. The humidity was pretty tough toward the end, but happily, it was only 10 miles. I was pretty pleased with how well I maintained the pace despite the heavy air. This was a hilly course, as well. My shirt, shorts and shoes were soaked by the time I hit 8 miles.
