Session Notes: I was kind of stiff through most of this run, but it came a day after a pretty fast 10-miler, plus I lifted weights in the morning then sat all day before going out. My weight lifting session includes two lower-body exercises. Plus, of course, it was hot and humid. So,with all that in mind, an easy session works out just fine. I'm looking forward to this weekend's 20-miler, since the weather is supposed to be on the cool side.
