Observations: 1) Three-quarter moon and dark. If there were deer or other wildlife, I couldn't seem them. 2: Air was cool and the only breeze was what I was creating on my own.
Session notes: This started out as an easy run, which is what is should have been. But my GPS wouldn't start up and all I had was my stopwatch, so I really didn't know my pace. I just tried to keep it easy, but frequently realized I had speeded up and needed to slow down. I wouldn't have guessed my overall pace was under 9, but after measuring the route, that's what it turned out to be.
