Observations: 1) I watched the Royals get bombed by the Twins.
Session notes: Just an easy run following my workout with the weights. Both the weightlifting and the run were uninspiring. The run was so slow it got boring and even a little difficult to finish. Sometimes I think it's harder to go very slow than it is to speed up, but I've had enough speedy running this week and it was best to slow it down to avoid an injury.
