Observations: 1) The smells of supper cooking. 2) Cool air in the middle of summer. 3) All the trash along the frontage roads, particularly Prairie View. 4) How long the climb seems on northbound Prairie View. 5) How nice the downhill is on the return trip.
Session comments: I felt much better than I thought I might on my third consecutive day of running, and I pushed it pretty good most of the way. I'll decide at the last minute tomorrow how far I want to go. Might be as many as 10 or as few as 4. Whatever I don't run tomorrow I'll have to do on Saturday in S.D.
