There's no break in the hot weather, but this morning it was a little cooler than yesterday: 79 at the start and 82 at the finish. It was pretty humid though, as a result of a trace of rain that fell earlier in the morning.
This was just a short, easy run, so I did 3.7 miles in 36:22, which is a 9:50 pace.
The next few days are expected to be over 100, but it looks like the mornings are generally in the low to mid 70s, so there's going to be a window every day for running in reasonable weather.
