Waited a few days to run  again (5), because after last Saturday's run my right achilles tendon was sore. It had felt fine for the past couple of days, so I decided to take advantage of a day off and do another easy 5.
I felt very good for the whole run, but after a couple of miles my achilles tendon was a little sore again. Not bad, but I definitely don't want it getting any worse. After 3 miles I stopped and did a little stretching. I started up slowly again, and now it felt noticeably better, so I just kept going for another two miles. Finished up with 5.1 miles in 47:57, which is a 9:24 pace.
