Boy, this was another humid day. Hot, too, but the humidity really made the going tough. Breathing was tough, and I think - I don't know, I'm no doctor - I think my lung is a bit constricted by the two smashed ribs. But maybe it's just the heat and humidity.
Anyway, I went 4.11 miles in 39:21 for an average pace of 9:35. That qualifies as an easy run. Friday is a rest day.
