Session Notes: I'm not ready for a run yet, but I felt good enough to get out and ride. I picked a level course and maintained a steady pace that called for constant pedaling but little hard pumping, such as what you'd have to do going up a hill. I stopped every 2 or 3 miles to stretch my sore hip. The ride went well, it was fun to get out, and I felt just as good or better when I finished as I did when I started. In fact, I could have gone farther, but decided not to risk overdoing it. I didn't want to regret anything once I was done.
