Session Notes: Still not running, but biking is getting easier. Today's ride was the longest one I've done in two or three years. I wanted to see how my back and rear end would feel after at least 20 miles, because I've got a long ride planned for next weekend with the Men's Running Club. I should be OK. 

Now if I could heal the last little ways so I can start running again.
