Session Notes:My groin is still sore, but is probably at least a little bit better than it was yesterday. I'm counting on my greatly reduced mileage this week, and especially next week, to finish the healing process. If I had to run a marathon with it the way it is now, it would be a struggle, and maybe impossible. I'm confident it will be much better by Oct. 18.
I recorded my comments during today's run, but it looks like Blogger doesn't allow for audio files. Sure glad I went to the trouble of recording and editing for nothing. You're not missing much.
