Observations: Big, bright full moon at the start, which was in the dark. Fog.
Thoughts: Never talk politics on a run.
Session comments: Twinge in left foot hit me twice, but I kept the pace relatively slow and after about 5 miles it never bothered me again. I'll continue to keep the pace down until this goes away. The trail is beautiful and stretches for 15 miles, though of course we didn't run the whole thing. Mileage for the week topped off at 35.
