Session notes: Nothing too noteworthy about this recovery run, except I picked a pretty hilly course to do it on. The point was to just take it easy, which I did. It took a good 3 miles just to shed the stiffness left over from Saturday's run. Those early miles were kind of difficult because I could not develop any kind of rhythm. After I warmed up, and loosened up, I was able to develop a nice stride and pace. I switched into my heavier shoes, and will probably wear them the rest of the week. Final monthly total: 176.4 miles.
