2) Remembered a story in the paper about a 75-year-old man who shoots hoops three times a week but won't jog to keep in shape because he's never seen a runner who's having fun. I wondered if I was having fun. Decided "having fun" was the wrong way to put it. "Enjoying it" seemed to be more appropriate.
3) Otherwise, I can't remember.
Session comments: Went out a little fast and got tired. Stopped for a few seconds, then kept going at a more reasonable pace. Could have used some water at the halfway, but had none and did OK anyway. Didn't have my GPS; just a stop watch, so had to measure the distance with on-line tools after I got home.
