Rested well last night, although I woke up a few times thinking it must be morning only to find that sunrise was still hours away. The bed is really comfortable, though, and it wasn't hard to go back to sleep. I didn't get out of bed until 7:10.
My left foot - the plantar fascia - was stiff and sore this morning, and that's a concern I'd rather not have. I'm icing it now, and will again this evening, maintain Aleve therapy, and hope for the best. Today's itinerary calls for more than a little time on my feet, though, and that's not the best. If I had a cane to lean on, it'd help, but I don't think I can force myself to do that.
Even if the foot feels this way tomorrow, I think it will feel okay for most of the run. I will be concerned about the latter stages of the race. That's when it could start hurting again.
Except for my foot, I feel completely ready for this race
