Session Notes: Why even bother with a 2 mile run? Well, I was at the gym anyway to lift, so I threw in the 2 miles to reduce the miles I would need on Saturday to get my weekly mileage. Saturday's going to be rainy and cold, so my run will be inside. The shorter the better when it's on a treadmill.
