Session Notes: Progressive tempo run. Started at 10 min. miles and progressed to 8:27, increasing the speed by one-tenth of a mile every half mile. I felt better as I increased the speed. Afterward, I thought I could comfortably go farther, so I ran an easy three.

Session Notes: Easy run after my tempo run. Felt good, so I just tacked these miles onto the end of my regular run. The whole workout puts me four miles over my yearly goal of 1460 miles, so even if I don't run Thursday, I'll still have my 4-miles-a-day average. I do plan to run Thursday, however.
