This looked to be the last day before three or four straight days of rain, so I thought I should take advantage of it. Mid 70s, windy and humid, so not the kind of day that brings out my best performance, but that didn't matter any way. I just wanted to take it slow and easy since I had done 7.6 at a pretty brisk pace Saturday.
I started out with a 9:52 mile and never logged anything faster than 9:03, so the average for the whole run was 9:19.
