I logged about 17.5 miles of running this weekend, all without any pain, so I'd have to say this has been a good comeback. I did 4.8 miles Friday, 8 miles Saturday and 4.5 miles Sunday. None of it was fast, although the pace of my Saturday "slow" run was 9:18, while the Friday and Sunday runs were in the 9:50 range.
In addition, I totaled 21.5 miles for the past week, marking the first week over 20 in at least 3 months (excluding the December marathon). If things keep going well, I'll start thinking about entering some races. -- Rob
