Warm, almost muggy, day. Went out for an easy run with Mike. Our first 2.8 miles were in the mid to high 11's, and Mike dropped out after that due to a sore back. With that extended warmup, I finished with 8:57, 8:39 and 8:37. That made my overall average for 6.02 miles 10 min. per mile.
