Kind of wanted to run today, but I'm trying hard not to overdo it for no good reason. The best thing right now is to build gradually and avoid injury.
So, I did my little weight lifting routine, stretched, and then rode the stationary bike for 49 min. I covered 13.3 miles for an average of 16.3 mph. I'll take Monday off, and be more than ready for a good run on Tuesday.
