Session Notes: Walk/run session, in which I walked .25 mile, then ran .5 mile, and kept that up until I'd gone 40 min. This represents a ramp up over my last walk/run session, which was .25 for each walk or run.
While I list hip, back and groin as aches, it's more like they are stiff and I am being ultra careful not to overdo anything and aggravate something. My goal is just to get to the point where I can run three miles without walking, no matter what the speed.
