Session Notes: It's an accomplishment to be able to go 6 plus miles. My groin is still a little sore, but that's not what's holding me back anymore. Now that I can go a little farther I find that I get stiff and sore just above my left quadriceps, kind of at the hip. That area was real sore after the marathon, but hasn't bothered me for probably 2 weeks. It did act up a bit today, so obviously I've found an area that still needs work. Still, progress has been made.
